Become a Red Cross Instructor
Our train-the-trainer programs allow you to become a Red Cross Instructor and train others to save lives. To become an instructor you must:
Complete the Red Cross instructor specialty course(s) you wish to teach. (Over 98% of all of our instructors choose First Aid/CPR/AED.) Current certification in FA/CPR/AED is strongly encouraged as a demonstration of proficiency of skills will be required on first day.
Gaining additional instructor certifications is fast and easy! With a valid First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certificate, you can self-implement to any of the programs listed below by completing the basic level certification and obtaining instructor materials.
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer
- Bloodborne Pathogens Training
- Babysitter's Training
